Complete Certification was formed in 2002 providing compliance to the property industry.

Incorporated in 2008, we have grown into a compliance specialist providing services to construction and property professionals throughout the United Kingdom. We provide an individual service, and believe that our unique package positions us ahead of our competitors.

Management Team

Ashley Crawford - Managing Director, has over 12 years industry experience in building design, construction and health and safety. Ashley started Complete Certification in 2002 providing building compliance to the Midlands area. 2008 Ashley became one of the first qualified domestic, commercial and public building energy assessors within the UK. A dedication to the environment and lowering carbon emissions, was the catalyst for Ashley establishing CC Ltd in 2008.

Steven Rigley – Sales Director, has extensive experience in sales and marketing having spent over 10 years within a large corporation. Steven also has a wealth of experience gained in the compliance industry. Understanding the complications of compliance issues to buildings owners, Steven is eager to provide a straightforward and hassle free solutions to meet your exact needs.

Jonathan Hayes - Operation Director, has gained extensive experience in domestic, commercial and public building structures. Jon manages his teams ensuring the highest quality reports and certificates are produced. As a result, he is fully experienced in managing any size project from initial stages through to completion.

Marvin Dancer – Commercial Services Managers has conducted over 3000 assessments of commercial buildings. Marvin boasts a number of skills from Asbestos Surveying, Legionella Risk Assessments, Commercial Energy Assessments and detailed floor plans. Having over 15 years experience with the environment industry and holding a BSc in Environmental Science, Marvin enjoys a excellent understanding and appreciation for the threats of building to the environment.

Andrew Precious – Domestic Services Manager has conducted over 4000 assessments of domestic buildings. Andrew boasts a number of skills from locksmithing, domestic energy assessments through to electrical and detailed floor plans. Andrew manages his team with precision and value of services.
